The One Real Estate is an initiative founded by Pauline Crone, bringing 39 years of experience as a Registered Real Estate Agent and Valuer, together with Jesper Davidse and Joep Hoogerwerf. Our mission is simple: to continue finding that one perfect match.

A contemporary agency distinguished by a data-driven approach and a strong emphasis on personal service. Clients may turn to us for acquisition, sales, lettings, and NWWI-certified valuations (Netherlands Residential Property Valuation Institute).

The One Real Estate stands for careful, integrity-driven and personal estate agency.

We guide clients through one of the most important decisions in their lives, with attention to both the business and emotional dimensions. Every property requires a tailored approach; every client deserves an approach that honours their wishes and ambitions.

Our Expertise

The One Real Estate is a member of the NVM (Royal Dutch Association of Real Estate Agents).

Pauline Crone is a sworn NVM Registered Broker and Valuer. Valuations may be validated through the NWWI (Dutch Residential Property Valuation Institute), in accordance with prevailing quality standards.

Jesper Davidse and Joep Hoogerwerf follow the NVM educational traject and are thus registered with NVM.

This professional accreditation reflects our commitment to quality, thoroughness, and current market knowledge.

Our Approach

Our approach is clear and considered.

We begin with a personal introductory meeting, in which we carefully establish your wishes, expectations, and objectives.

We then develop a well-founded strategy, grounded in market analysis and positioning. Throughout the process, we guide every step with attentive communication and strategic insight. Finally, we ensure correct contractual settlement and transfer.
